He heard my voice and asked me to give it a shot. I met singer Sonu Nigam, who was then judging a realty music show. I did as many as 3,000 jingles and recorded several voice-overs as well. I wanted to take it up seriously and started my career by recording jingles. With time, I gravitated to other forms of music and that saw me shifting to Mumbai. I’ve been training in classical singing from a young age.
